Mix up a KL02899 or a Half Size KL02882 of classic alcoholic Pub Squash at home with ease with the fully formulated Impressence Hard Pub Squash Kit. Simply mix, carbonate and enjoy!
For best results ensure the beverage is fully carbonated before consuming and allow the keg to condition over 1-2 weeks as the flavour will mellow and improve over time.
For a lower alcohol variant simply add less VINKA Medium Cocktail Base and for a less sweet option simply reduce the white sugar addition.
Hard Pub Squash VINKA 19L Keg Kit Instructions (ABV 5.80%)
Kit Includes:
1 x KL41966 - VINKA - Medium Cocktail Base - 5L
4 x KL41836 - Impressence - Lemon Pub Squash Flavour Shot - 50mL
2 x KL41928 - Impressence - FermStop 50mL
Kit Does Not Include: 920g Sugar
Recipe Instructions:
- Add 5L VINKA Medium Cocktail Base to your KL02899 .
- Add 4 x Impressence Lemon Pub Squash Flavour Shot sachets.
- Add 920g White Sugar.
- Top up to 19L with water and add 2 x FermStop sachets. (this step is critical, do not add the Impressence FermStops without having topped up the water)
- Mix Keg Contents Well.
- Carbonate to 3.5 volumes CO2 (Refer to for regulator pressure and keg temperature). [Optimum 20psi at 2°C]

10 x KL37051 - VINKA - Medium Cocktail Base - 250mL
2 x KL41836 - Impressence - Lemon Pub Squash Flavour Shot - 50mL
1 x KL41928 - Impressence - FermStop 50mL
Kit Does Not Include: 460g Sugar
Recipe Instructions:
- Add 10 x 250mL VINKA Medium Cocktail Bases to your KL02882
- Add 2 x Impressence Lemon Pub Squash Flavour Shot sachets.
- Add 460g White Sugar.
- Top up to 9.5L with water and add 1 x FermStop sachet.
(this step is critical, do not add the Impressence FermStops without having topped up the water)
- Mix Keg Contents Well.
- Carbonate to 3.5 volumes CO2 (Refer to for regulator pressure and keg temperature). [Optimum 20psi at 2°C]
